About Me

I’ve enjoyed a 30 year career in hospitality managing fine dining restaurants including Legal Sea Foods in Boston, The Waybury Inn in Middlebury, Vermont and Aqua Grille & Lounge on Hilton Head Island. As Director of Restaurants at Sea Pines Resort, I led a team of nearly 400 hospitality professionals working tirelessly to attain Forbes 5-Star, 5-Diamond status.
